Dog

  • 1 mL administered subcutaneously (Subcutaneous (SC)) — Initial 2-dose series administered 3 to 4 weeks apart; revaccinate annually
Withdrawal Periods —
Indications
  • Prevention of leptospirosis, clinical disease, mortality, and persistent urinary shedding in dogs caused by Leptospira canicola, L. grippotyphosa, L. icterohaemorrhagiae, and L. pomona.
Contraindications
  • Do not vaccinate clinically ill dogs.
Precautions
  • Anaphylactoid reactions can occur; administer epinephrine immediately if required.
Side Effects
  • Transient local soreness, mild bump at the injection site, or slight lethargy.
