Storage Conditions Store in liquid nitrogen canister below -150°C. Thaw ampoule in water at 27°C to 30°C and mix with specialized sterile diluent.

  • 0.05 mL per egg in-ovo at 18 to 19 days of incubation, or 0.2 mL per chick subcutaneously at day of age (In-ovo injection or Subcutaneous (SC)) — Single application

Indications
  • Active immunization of embryonated chicken eggs or day-old chicks to prevent mortality, lesions, and immunosuppression caused by Marek's disease virus.
Contraindications
  • Do not vaccinate compromised embryonated eggs or sickly chicks.
Precautions
  • Handling liquid nitrogen requires face shield and cryo-protective gloves to prevent frostbite.
  • Once reconstituted, use vaccine within 2 hours.
Side Effects
  • None when administered following correct hatchery hygiene and protocols.
