Indications
Cattle: control of oestrus timing in cycling cows; treatment of suboestrus/silent heat with a functional corpus luteum; induction of abortion; induction of parturition; treatment of chronic metritis and pyometra; oestrus and ovulation synchronisation in controlled-breeding protocols. Mares: control of oestrus timing, treatment of suboestrus with a functional corpus luteum, and induction of abortion. Pigs: induction of parturition and reduction of the weaning-to-oestrus and weaning-to-fertile-service intervals in herds with reproductive problems.
