Alleviation of moderate to severe musculoskeletal pain and surgical pain in horses.
Do not use in horses with known hypersensitivity to butorphanol tartrate.
Do not use in horses with severe hepatic or renal disease.
Rapid IV administration may cause transient ataxia, head nodding, or restlessness.
Do not use in horses intended for human food.
Use with caution in horses with cardiac arrhythmias or severe respiratory disease.
Mild sedation, transient ataxia, muscle twitching, decreased gastrointestinal motility, and mild respiratory depression.
