Indications

Active immunization of healthy horses 10 months of age or older as an aid in the prevention of viremia and encephalitis caused by West Nile virus.
Contraindications

Do not vaccinate clinically ill or febrile horses.
Precautions

Epinephrine should be available in the event of an allergic anaphylactic response.
Side Effects

Mild muscle stiffness or localized sensitivity at the injection site lasting 24-48 hours.
