Simparica Trio (sarolaner, moxidectin, and pyrantel chewable tablets) is an all-in-one monthly oral parasiticide for dogs 8 weeks of age and older weighing 2.8 lbs or greater. Indicated for the prevention of heartworm disease (Dirofilaria immitis), treatment and control of tick infestations (5 tick species), treatment and prevention of flea infestations (Ctenocephalides felis), and treatment and control of roundworms and adult hookworms.

Prevention of heartworm disease caused by Dirofilaria immitis.
Treatment and prevention of flea infestations (Ctenocephalides felis) for one month.
Treatment and control of tick infestations (Amblyomma americanum, Amblyomma maculatum, Dermacentor variabilis, Ixodes scapularis, Rhipicephalus sanguineus).
Treatment and control of roundworm (Toxocara canis, Toxascaris leonina) and hookworm (Ancylostoma caninum, Uncinaria stenocephala) infections.
Do not use in dogs less than 8 weeks of age or weighing less than 2.8 lbs (1.3 kg).
Sarolaner is an isoxazoline; use with caution in dogs with a history of seizures or other neurologic disorders.
Prior to administration, dogs should be tested for existing heartworm infections.
Most common adverse reactions include vomiting, diarrhea, lethargy, anorexia, and polyuria/polydipsia.
