Defensor 1 is an inactivated, adjuvanted tissue culture rabies vaccine prepared from cell-culture-adapted fixed rabies virus strain. Indicated for the vaccination of healthy dogs and cats 3 months of age or older as an aid in prevention of rabies virus infection, providing 1 year of established immunity.

Indications

Contraindications

Do not vaccinate clinically ill or debilitated animals.
Precautions

Contains gentamicin and thimerosal as preservatives. In case of anaphylaxis, administer epinephrine immediately.
