Aureomycin Soluble Powder Concentrate (chlortetracycline hydrochloride 64 g/lb) is a broad-spectrum antibiotic water-soluble powder. Indicated in chickens and turkeys for chronic respiratory disease (CRD/air sac infection), infectious synovitis, and bluecomb; in swine for bacterial enteritis and pneumonia; and in calves for bacterial enteritis and pneumonia.

Indications

Control and treatment of chronic respiratory disease (CRD) and air sac infections in chickens caused by Mycoplasma gallisepticum and E. coli.

Treatment of infectious synovitis in chickens and turkeys caused by Mycoplasma synoviae.

Treatment of bacterial enteritis (scours) and pneumonia in swine and calves.
Contraindications

Do not use in laying chickens producing eggs for human food. Do not administer to calves to be processed for veal.
Precautions

Prepare fresh drinking water solutions daily. Ensure medication is sole source of drinking water during treatment.
Side Effects

Occasional transient gastrointestinal upset or loose feces at higher dosages.
