Cattle: Estrus synchronization, treatment of unobserved (silent) estrus in cows with a functional corpus luteum, treatment of pyometra/chronic metritis, and abortion of non-wanted pregnancies.

موانع الاستخدام

Do not administer to pregnant animals unless abortion or induction of parturition is intended. Do not administer intravenously. Do not use in animals suffering from acute or subacute vascular, gastrointestinal, or respiratory diseases.
ممنوع إعطاؤه للحيوانات الحوامل إلا في حال الرغبة في إسقاط الحمل أو تحفيز الولادة. لا يحقن وريدياً. لا يستخدم في الحيوانات التي تعاني من اضطرابات وعائية أو تنفسية أو هضمية حادة.

Women of childbearing age, asthmatics, and persons with respiratory problems should exercise extreme caution; dinoprost is transdermally absorbed and can cause abortion or bronchospasms. Wash spills immediately with soap and water.

In mares, transient sweating, decreased rectal temperature, increased heart rate, and mild abdominal discomfort/colic signs may occur within 15 minutes of injection, resolving within 1 hour.
