Two injections administered 4 days apart provide a full 10-day therapeutic course of ceftiofur for equine lower respiratory tract infections.

  • Treatment of lower respiratory tract infections in horses caused by susceptible strains of Streptococcus equi subspecies zooepidemicus.

موانع الاستخدام

  • Do not use in horses with known hypersensitivity to cephalosporins or beta-lactams.

  • Do not administer intravenously.

  • Administration of antimicrobials to horses under stress may result in acute antibiotic-associated diarrhea/colitis; monitor closely.
