ظروف التخزين Store unreconstituted product at controlled room temperature 20°C to 25°C (68°F to 77°F). Store reconstituted suspension refrigerated at 2°C to 8°C (36°F to 46°F); use within 8 weeks.

Dog

  • 0.5 mg moxidectin/kg body weight (0.05 mL reconstituted suspension per kg) (Subcutaneous (SC)) — Once every 12 months

الاستعمالات
  • Prevention of heartworm disease caused by Dirofilaria immitis for 12 months in dogs 12 months of age and older.
  • Treatment of existing larval and adult hookworm infections (Ancylostoma caninum and Uncinaria stenocephala) at the time of administration.
موانع الاستعمال
  • Do not administer to sick, debilitated, underweight, or heartworm-positive dogs.
  • Do not use in dogs under 12 months of age.
  • Do not administer intravenously or intramuscularly.
الاحتياطات
  • Prior to administration, dogs should be tested for existing heartworm infections.
  • Veterinarians must complete certification training prior to prescribing and administering ProHeart 12.
  • Caution in dogs with history of allergic reactions, vaccine reactions, or immune-mediated diseases.
الآثار الجانبية
  • Anaphylaxis/hypersensitivity reactions (facial swelling, pruritus, urticaria), vomiting, diarrhea, lethargy, and localized swelling or granuloma at the injection site.
