  • Treatment of colibacillosis (E. coli) in poultry, young calves, and foals; infectious coryza (Haemophilus paragallinarum) and fowl cholera (Pasteurella multocida) in poultry; turkey coryza (Bordetella avium) in turkeys; and pullorum disease and fowl typhoid in poultry.

  • Sulfonamide hypersensitivity, severe hepatic impairment, animals with functional rumen, and birds producing eggs for human consumption.
