Apoquel (oclacitinib tablet and chewable tablet) is a targeted Janus kinase (JAK-1) inhibitor indicated for the control of pruritus associated with allergic dermatitis and control of atopic dermatitis in dogs at least 12 months of age. Provides fast itch relief within 4 hours, comparable to steroids, without steroid-associated side effects.

Apoquel modulates the immune system and may increase susceptibility to infections, including demodicosis and neoplasia.

Monitor dogs receiving long-term treatment with complete blood counts and serum chemistry periodically.
